Race Jersey Ordering is underway

I actually got the jerseys on order and the process rolling today. Our order is through Pactimo. They are located in Colorado, that could be a bad thing, considering the type of people that reside there. (A bunch of tree huggers, D-lish) I will keep everyone posted as things develop.
Oh, by the way I am at 205 miles for the week, still have two days left. Who's your daddy?

Projectile riding

Went out for a grueling ride yesterday. I managed to log in 12.5 miles, I cramped up like a menstruating girly man. But, that wasn't all, I blew chunks twice. Other than that it was a great ride. I hope to be able to do better soon, you know to keep up with all you studs. The envy within me runs ramped. You guys keep up the great work, I am so happy to have such a strong group to help pull me through if need be. Golly Gee I'm the luckiest guy in the whole world.

Vision from the sweat lodge...

As I sat meditating in the sweat lodge while burning incense and dreaming of protest songs, a vision of unrest over your recent bike purchases came to me. All of you carbon fiber riders are missing the point of bicycling being an opportunity to step away from the evils of consumerism, consumption, and affluenza.

I thereby pledge to not take part in the use of bikes that are built through methods causing the excessive use of fossil fuels derived from our pillaging of the resources of the middle east. Therefore, I found this bike made of recycled wood. I guess it is just me and the hobbits who still have a respect for the land - hotter than hell might have a literal meaning for you disrespecters of our Earth.

Namaste.

Has Dale Jr. ever even touched the DIRT ???

DALE JR. SUCKS ASS...... BOWYER FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!
Get out and ride you lame ducks. I'm at 112 miles so far this week. The only place you will probably find yourselves is at the local fast food joint. How many calories do you guys burn per hr sitting on the couch eating bon bons and wiping potato chip crumbs off your bellies? Do you have to unbutton your pants to get your hand in there to hold your little thingy while you fantasize about being able to ride like me. Poor slobs. By the way the Top 10 fat dishes of the week airs tonight on TLTR (to lazy to ride) it's a don't miss for you fatties....

Before and After... still going hopefully

Thought you guys might find it interesting to see the shorts I was wearing when I started riding last August. The bottom pair is size 40, the top pair of shorts are my current size 32. Just give me a couple years I will probably be back in the size 40.
I rode 52 miles yesterday, it took me right at three hours. With that distance I ended up riding some serious hills, and the wind was crazy (15-20 mph). And of course it was a side wind, so no relief going out or coming back.

Screening phone calls !?!?!?

You will find no sympathy, compassion, coddling, or feeling of being nurtured by your mommas tit as you fill your diaper, from me. I shall not accept nor BE BEATIN BY PHONE SCREENING. You can not hide, run, or come up with enough EXCUSES to avoid me. You will find that it is time to start weaning yourselves. You know it's time to wean from your daily rituals or excuses. Remember, you want to make this transition as positive as possible. Sometimes a gradual approach is ok, while other times a sudden abrupt wean is best. First introduce yourself to the bike. Once comfortable with this relationship, begin substituting your least favorite daily routine with riding. Continue this process until you have began to firm up those tender areas. You may find yourself wanting to go on a biking strike, don't give in. Try to make your riding time quiet and relaxing, spend some time cuddling with your bike.
Last weeks total mileage:160 mi
