Tampons, training wheels, and a shoulder to cry on
Do not think that I shall not provide all of the above for you guys.
"Eat before you are hungry.Drink before you are thirsty.Rest before you are tired.Cover up before you are cold.Peel off before you are hot.Don't drink or smoke on tour.Never ride just to prove yourself."
Paul de Vivie, aka Velocio
"It never gets easier, you just go faster."Greg LeMond
Smack can be clever, eloquent and spontaneous one liners, perfectly timed that adds fuel to competition. Smack talk is typically delivered with some sort of truth and witty one liner. Being as it that you are all nothing more than vacationing, coaching, rotor spinning, full of crap excuses, worthless maggots, you shall never be able to find a shimmer of truth to smack talk to me. While I continue to prove my superior abilities as a human being on the road I take comfort in knowing you guys continue to slip backwards as you hang on to your Saving the World, Saving the Trees, Saving the student athletes excuse filled lives. ONLY 145 DAYS TO HTH100. That 21 weeks. If you ride 3 days a week that's only 63 rides to get ready. GET OUT AND RIDE.
Last weeks milage 250 also rode a tour ride of 52 miles
