Mamma always said, stupid is is stupid does.

Riding a bike is one of those things that anyone can do. Unless, you have no arms or legs. Or maybe have problems like some do (D-lish), judging by your message it sounds like you got the bike seat out of the peanut delivery chute. Wipe until the paper stays white. (bikemonkey) Ever thought about easin' up on milking Mr. Wee Flickie, I'm sure that would clear up the discomfort you have with your happy sack and the kids while in the saddle.
Hope you guys have a FN GREAT Friday.
Rumor has it that L-$ is grad U aten on Sat. Whats next a second masters? Doctorate? The good news is (with all them there learnins) if we beat him to the grave he'll be able to write one hell of an eulogy.
Kippo the Clown is here all week... Don't forget to tip your bartender and waitress. Next time your at Applebee's look for bikemonkey he might be reliving the old days. Bikemonkey have you taken any naps while out riding lately? Mr. Snuzzy, or better yet Sleepy the Dwarf. High ho, high ho it's off to sleep I go, with legs of mush, and a big fat tush. High ho, high ho, high ho, high ho.

Minute man post

I would understand L-$ posts being so short if he were the lighting demon that I am. As for you other two. Big ring, small ring, cadence, loops, wind, boo hoo. You panzy asses, just get out and pound.
D-lish, congrats on the 1000 mile mark.

Mileage Monster

Well since Kipedalin is filling my boots with pooh I thought I would add to the @#$%&%*@ slinging. My ride yesterday consisted of a 78 mile loop which I covered in just over 1 hour so you do the math that comes to about a 78 mph average. Really though, I rode for 1 hour and 36 minutes and coverd 34 miles which equates to a 21.25 mph average. Not quite the amount of horse pucky that ole speedy is putting out but very consistant with my stage of training. Tubby lets keep it real shall we!!!! D-lish have you figured out how to get the seat out of your bung hole yet? I believe that this is why you are setting too low.

D-lish training caught on camera

Some say it's the mountains, some say it's the snow, take a look and see it's the deer that makes D-lish go.
Tubby's ride yesterday 32 miles at 1 hr 20 min. in the rain. Do the math...That's 24 mph avg. I'm thinking of changing my name to Dash, from the Incredibles. It's been raining and flooding here for what seems like forever. No worries though, I attached a couple of bikemonkey's blow up dolls to the bike. She floats along like a dream, the extra lube helps to repel the water thus reducing resistance.
