The all knowing all seeing Kipedalin' had a vision. Dlish and the wife taking up tandom riding in the future. Looks like the bon bon consumption needs to increase to ensure a solid counter balance.

Yo, Andrea! I did it!
This is a picture of Kipedalin's new training facility. He has decided that his cross training should be a fusion of spinning on the cycle combined with a few rounds in the ring. Obviously, these workouts are exhausting, hence the hammock.
Peddle like a butterfly, sting like a bee, work with the pace line, or a left-hook I will bring.
Go get 'em champ.

More appropriate bottle for La$
Oh-lollipops and seeds, coaching requires standing around in the weeds. Over extending myself I must, attached still I am to my mommas bust. Crying to you to keep you on my side, in hopes to avoid having to go out and ride.
Note: this bottle should attach right to the bike, or maybe even a clip board.
My total mileage for the week was 203. On Sat I rode in my first Criterium race (cat 5 obviously), it went pretty well, I didn't crash and finished on two wheels. Bikemonkey- I know that puts you in the hole you better hit 400 miles this week to even think about catching up. Mileage from previous seasons don't count. The only time your allowed to pull from that savings account is when your putting the hurt to someone on the road. We are all exempt for the first two seasons, after that you better watch out.
La$- was that your total mileage? If you divide that into your purchase cost your getting robbed. Don't think I won't get your other half involved to track mileage to dollars spent ratio. I know (with out a doubt) she will get you out on the road.
D-lish, Are you ever gonna get off the training wheels? I'm starting to think La$ might need to let you borrow his bottle.
My challenge to you:
Bikemonkey: 250 miles
D-lish: 150 miles
La$: 75 miles
Kipedalin: 256 miles (gotta always be ahead of bikemonkey)
Kipedalin'
Numbers talk
Let's see your totals for the week: 3/19-3/25.
D-lish:
Rode 6/7 days
Time: 8:05:52
Distance: 130.62 miles
If you don't have a place to log your workouts, remember bikejournal.com is a free site. Plug them in there and join the In-A-Tub Cycling Club so that we can keep track of each other's rides.
