You will find no sympathy, compassion, coddling, or feeling of being nurtured by your mommas tit as you fill your diaper, from me. I shall not accept nor BE BEATIN BY PHONE SCREENING. You can not hide, run, or come up with enough EXCUSES to avoid me. You will find that it is time to start weaning yourselves. You know it's time to wean from your daily rituals or excuses. Remember, you want to make this transition as positive as possible. Sometimes a gradual approach is ok, while other times a sudden abrupt wean is best. First introduce yourself to the bike. Once comfortable with this relationship, begin substituting your least favorite daily routine with riding. Continue this process until you have began to firm up those tender areas. You may find yourself wanting to go on a biking strike, don't give in. Try to make your riding time quiet and relaxing, spend some time cuddling with your bike.

Well I sure am glad that someone has it all figured out. I don't know what we would all do if we did not have coach tubby looking after us and showing us his nurturing motherly side. Please no more references to mothers tits, it reminds us all of your man boobs. With the amount lip service you are giving us, I almost feel violated.
Almost forgot to tell you my week totals. I gotta keep up right. I only got out once on the bike because of weahter and averaged 18.3 for 32 miles. Avg heart rate was 161. I am starting to utilize my heart rate monitor to keep my program on a building block schedule instead of anarobic. Since I am old now I have to train smarter. I did however grind it out on the rollers the rest of the week culminating in a big two hour event Sunday night at an average speed of 21 mph for 40 miles. I am slowly finding the rhythem but wish I could get out of the house to get some accurate numbers on the road. The rollers cause more resistance but give little idea of actual road type speeds. At least I'm working on form and have not come off of them yet. I used to tear up walls that way.
