I sent something in the mail to all of you. If you don't get something in the next day or so let me know. I went out for a ride today. I covered 35.2 miles, the wind still sucks ass. My legs were spent, but over all felt good. Man I tell you what my neck hurts like crazy. You would think a guy with a neck the size of a tree trunk could handle it. I bought a Bad Ass jersey today. It's the KU cycling team jersey.
Bikemonkey you should know I had to buy a medium bib short today. It only took me an hour to squeeze the belly rolls into it. No worries though, the ol belly plopped right out when I peeled it off.
A little birdy told me that someone went out for a ride today, no not me actually someone else "Stop the Press", it's a freakin miracle. Bad news is the birdy said there was a sore butt involved...
You know you will never hear that complaint from a career military man. They use their ass for a couple of things, one is entertainment, the other is to sit on it and daydream about how great it would be to actually use the bike seat post for riding. I would hope that one would wipe it off first.
D-lish are playschool bikes capable of going over the single digit mark in miles.
LaMoney-I have thought long and hard to come up with the perfect bike training program. You ride your bike from the house to the car, load, then unload and ride from your car to your destination. Repeat this cycle to all of your commitments throughout the day. Sit back and watch the miles add up.

I see some cracks in the rust that has gathered on my body. But I think I need a custom fit for my PlaySchool bike - it's hard to reach the pedals.
Thanks Tubby, I got the poster and it is very cool. I like how it is from back in the day when I could still see my feet and even went pretty fast on a cycle.
Ok Ok Ok I will get the bike out this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
