I know it is nothing compared to you Cat. 1 pros, but I broke 100 miles for the week. Not an excuse, but keep in mind this is just my second week on the bike -- my HGH, steroids, and EPO have not kicked in yet.
Did a ride with my imaginary friend, Lance, this weekend, and he helped me out with some workouts for the base miles I am trying to establish during March. My goal is to kick things up the first week of April and start riding in Durango group rides once a week.
The Durango 100 is happening Sunday, July 29 this year. I am adding it to my list of goals and you are all invited if you're interested. It sounds like a fairly tame ride to Farmington, N.M. and back (the back part is the work).
