I actually got the jerseys on order and the process rolling today. Our order is through Pactimo. They are located in Colorado, that could be a bad thing, considering the type of people that reside there. (A bunch of tree huggers, D-lish) I will keep everyone posted as things develop.
Oh, by the way I am at 205 miles for the week, still have two days left. Who's your daddy?

Sorry ole friend! The 72.8 I posted today puts me at 232 and Sunday is my big day so unless you plan on doing a stage of the Tour De France you can hang this week up and hope for my demise during next weeks festivities in Reno. I got a little carried away at the canyon and rode out the back gate which puts me right at 37 miles back to the house. I called at about the half way point. I was training in God's country, it has a climb out of the Canyon that is 4 miles long and has an average grade of 8 deg. and at its steepest is almost 15 deg. I like to call it the (%$&*(#@!$%^). When I reached the back gate my legs cramped up tighter than D-Lish's embrace of a tree. Then I wondered how I was going to cover the next 20+ miles home. After I spun for a bit, I got the feeling back and the problem was overted. I am not joking by the way, very painful stuff!!!! Nice to hear that someone is willing to play with you on the road, too bad there is no room for pacelining and grabastic groups on the HTH so you better start pushing your own wind otherwise the Texas High Plains gusts are going to demoralize your soul. To give you an idea of personal speed, the entire ride with mammoth climbs included was covered in 3hrs 31 min. and 50 sec. You can do the math but I believe that comes to 20.74 mph. unassisted of cours.
Ok- I might give you alittle bit of props. But don;t you think the massive speeds you gained on your descents really skewed your average in your favor... I can only imagine what the guy was thinking when he noticed you hanging on to the back of his vehicle on the way up the canyon climb. Having said that... Nice work man. I completed 230 miles for the week. I was suppose to ride today, but I just got off work and it's getting dark already. Let me know what you rode on Sunday's ride. One thing I still struggle with is hills.
My biggest bitch right now is the wind. It makes riding hard on you physically and MENTALLY.. It's been blowing here like crazy all week. Ok enough talk I'm going out to ride, well at least 2 miles.
