My suggestions:
- Keep an eye open for good web sites so we can post links on here
- Give advice or seek sympathy
- Use this as a training journal
- Stay in touch
Kip: please send me Eric's email so I can invite him and set him up to be able to post
Anyone can read and comment on this blog so you can invite friends and family to check it out. But only people that I give rights to can create original posts -- let me know if there are others you want to have access to posting.

This is Great!!
here we go
Who is claiming to be "tubby"? I think everyone should take pictures of their scales so we can get an honest picture of what tubby looks like!
Here is my words of wisdom for good preseason training. First no gay coffee drinking only black and must taste like diesel fuel. No bird doodoo on the bike (causes drag). No in a tub tacos before a century ride or for any long ride for that matter. If you live in Colorado and you are not a really good cyclist then you must just suck. And lastly you must ride faster and faster until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death. Gurd your loines gents because this is only the beginning of a beautiful season of riding and a lot of mouth poop on this site.

Here us the challenge ladies. For season mileage we all need to get our base mileage in before we can even think of attempting the big distance rides. I will set up a deadline for the 1000 mile base at a later date to hopefully prepare us all for our first event. There are many rides between now and the HTH. If you girls are going to take this serious then we gotta get on the gas early. You don't have to be fast, just prepared. I am setting on Zero mileage for the fiscal year 07 so we are all pretty much on an even field except for Doug who has to wear a corrective helmet (he is harmless though). Let me know if you are all up for a spring ride of about 60+ miles TBD at a location we can all get to without a lot of effort.
